VP of Sales

Andrew joined Averra in 2023. Prior to that, he was a Hospital Sales Executive for Cardinal Health for 10 years with both product and distribution expertise.

Desiree Williford
VP of Operations, GM

Desiree has been with Averra since 2022. Prior to that, she was Plant Manager of Flexan Thermoplastics.

Jeff Brown
VP of Quality

Jeff has been with Averra since 2015. He is a 30-year veteran of the medical device and pharmaceutical industries.

Sean Slavin
Customer Account Manager

Sean has been with Averra since 2021. Prior to that he was an Account Manager at Dordan Manufacturing.

Jessi Driffill
Customer Service Representative

Jessi has been with Averra since 2020. She originally joined the company as Finance Clerk before transitioning to her current role.

Phillip Grandt
Engineering Manager

Phil joined the Averra team in 2019. Prior to that, Phil worked in engineering for Ideal Industries and Guardian Electric. He is trained in LEAN/Six Sigma.

Curtis Kirkham
Design Engineer

Design Engineer Curtis has been with the Averra team since 2013. Prior to that, he was a Plant Manager at Packaging Plus.

Tucker Sundwall
Design Engineer

Tucker has been with the Averra team since 2024. Before joining Averra, he was a Process Engineer at Common Fibers.

Gabe Lorange
Design Engineer

Gabe joined Averra in 2024. Before joining Averra, he worked as an assessment consultant at Brigham Young University-Idaho. He is a Certified SolidWorks Professional.

Julian Izarraras
Production Manager

Julian joined Averra in 2014. He started as a Setup Technician before moving into his current role. He is a LEAN/Six Sigma Black Belt.

Corey Hodson
Maintenance Manager

Corey Hodson joined Averra in 2015. Prior to that, he was a Lead/Setup Mechanic at Inline Plastics. Corey is a LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt and has over 16 years of thermoforming experience.

From our humble beginnings thermoforming out of a garage in 1989, we’ve evolved into a 40,000 sq-ft sterile healthcare packaging design & manufacturing facility.

Our state-of-the-art fleet of equipment is capable of handling any size job, from hundreds of parts to tens of millions to everything in between.
